I have been on the Internet for 9 years and am addicted to the “possibilities” that are there for all of us. I am a full-time professional network marketer and I recruit 100% online and have for the last 2 years in my current company, I am in the top leaders in my company, XXXX Inc.
My method of recruiting is “self promotion” more than anything. I am going to list some ways in which I personally promote myself.

1. Advertise my URL…. My company site was hard for the average person to remember so the first thing I did was a redirect to my site using my own URL. Example: This is what the company gave me: http://www.xxxx/jhodge if I had this on a web decal on my car would you remember it? Probably not, so I bought a redirect for my site and it is now http://www.AmericaWorkFromHome.com, you would remember this, also if you were looking to work from home you would probably look this up out of curiosity, but my corporate one would not even create curiosity. I advertise by simply placing my url in newspapers as people looking for an additional income usually read the opportunity ads, the job ads etc…My goal is to get you to my site and capture information as a lead so I can then call them and make a connection. So my ads simply say: www.AmericaWorkFromHome.com and that is it!

2. WEBDECALS is a great idea to have on your car as you sit and drive through traffic daily, I get mine at http://www.yournamedecal.com for less than $30 you can order your decals in static cling for any window on your car. I have had people ask me “What is this AmericaWorkFromHome”? I love to tell them! I have also had people come to my front door and knock for more information because my car was parked in front of my home. I have also had people go straight to my website and sign up! So why would I not advertise my URL on my car? One last thing, keep that URL simple…choose something that talks about money, cash, income, paycheck or workfromhome! Here are some examples of sites my team has registered and they are my number one recruiters online: www.FunPaycheck.com www.MajorPaychecks.com www.HotPaychecks.com www.HugePaycheck.com www.Earn-Paycheck.com www.JustWorkFromHome.com www.TremendousPaycheck.com just to name a few…so if you were looking for a way to make more money and someone in front of you in traffic had this URL on their car, wouldn’t you go there just to see what it was? And wouldn’t they be easy to remember? YES!!!

3. Baseball Hats, T-shirts, Luggage, Bumper Stickers, Jackets are another great way to promote you. If you were standing in line in a grocery store, bank, whatever and someone in front of you had on a t-shirt that said www.MajorPaychecks.com wouldn’t you wonder what it was? Possibly go home to look it up? That is the whole idea…drive traffic to your site! That is how you get online leads and are able to recruit! Make EXTRA bumper stickers and t-shirts and ask your family and friends to help you advertise!

4. Every time I mail a letter or package, I have a BIG RED stamp that says www.AmericaWorkFromHome.com just how many people handle and see my mail before it ever arrives? I also include a business card in all of my bills and personal mail that says www.AmericaWorkFromHome.com.

5. Waiters, bell boys, waitresses, grocery store clerks, gas station attendants, taxi cab drivers…FOLLOW YOUR DOLLAR!! Every time you pay someone hand them your card…again mine only says www.AmericaWorkFromHome.com!! You have an opportunity daily to share who you are and how to find you.
6. Donations, charities, school functions, and money fundraisers…How often do you donate? When you do, don’t say this is from Dave & Jude Hodge, instead I say this is donated by: www.AmericaWorkFromHome.com! Again they will offer the recognition so drive traffic, create curiosity, which creates leads, and traffic.

Craigslist

Craigslist and Backpage are great places to post. Craigslist has gotten a little bit harder to post on. You will need to verify a phone number. They will ask you for a phone number and they will call you (by computer) to make sure it is a valid number. You need to validate your free account with them before you can post ads. You would post in the services section under small business ads. You will only be able to post a couple ads per day in different cities. Use different ads and different headlines to try to get as many ads as possible to post without being flagged, deleted or just never showing up in the listings.

Backpage

Backpage is easier to post in than craiglist. I have found that more ads are actually showing up on backpage. Again, you would post different ads in different cities. On Backpage you would post under services, Business Opportunities. You should be able to post a bunch of ads per day without it being a problem. Try to change each ad and headline a bit so that they post and don't get flagged.
